I led the Creative Range fridge campaign, LG Australia Home Appliances’ first fully integrated digital, social, OOH, and PR initiative. From concept to execution, I oversaw each phase, showcasing formats like Bottom Mount, French Door, and Side-by-Side through targeted promotions, influencer partnerships, and media outreach. The campaign drove a 33% lift in unit sales, moved LG from #5 to #1 in market share, and achieved an average 20–25% monthly sales uplift. My leadership and strategic direction not only delivered measurable business results but also earned LG its first-ever award for a digital fridge campaign — a milestone recognition of creative storytelling, integrated marketing, and PR excellence.
