Objective

Increase awareness of LG’s commercial HVAC solution, drive qualified leads via our dealer network, and showcase real-world installation success through a fully integrated video case study.

Strategy & Execution

  • Produced and published a full-length case study video documenting the installation at Stratton Bar & Grill, highlighting system performance, zoning efficiency and installer expertise (see YouTube link above).

  • Deployed the video across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Display, with custom short-form edits for Meta platforms and bumper ads on YouTube.

  • Created a dedicated landing page featuring the full video, system specs, installer credentials and an RFQ form feeding directly into LG’s dealer network.

  • Implemented on-platform lead forms via Meta to reduce friction and capture high intent from commercial buyers.

  • Weekly performance reviews enabled us to optimise creative sequencing, thumbnails, copy and targeting based on real-time analytics.

Results (based on campaign performance)

  • 38% full-length video completion rate on YouTube, exceeding typical benchmarks for commercial content.

  • 72% average watch time on Meta short-form video cuts (30-45 seconds).

  • Page visits to the LG Commercial HVAC landing page rose by 64%.

  • 57% of visitors to the landing page viewed the full video.

  • Qualified RFQs submitted via Meta lead forms increased by 46% across the dealer network.

  • YouTube-driven traffic contributed an additional 23% of RFQs through the website form.

Outcome

By combining high-quality storytelling (via the Stratton Bar & Grill video) with a multi-channel digital funnel, we strengthened LG’s commercial HVAC presence, engaged decision-makers (builders, venue operators, contractors), and delivered measurable lead generation results that supported growth at both channel and end-user levels.
